Growing up in Somerset and spending time at Delaware as a student really inspired me to become a farm vet. I studied at the University of Bristol and graduated in 2015 with Distinction.
I spent my first 3 years at a large animal practice in Oxfordshire, seeing a hugely varied caseload. This included dairy, beef, sheep and alpaca work. I moved back to Somerset in 2019 and joined the farm team at Delaware. I enjoy all aspects of dairy cattle work, particularly transition management and being able to work with such forward thinking clients. I also have an interest in camelid veterinary medicine and am a member of the British Camelid Veterinary Society.
When not at work I enjoy exploring the Mendips with my two black Labradors.
