Originally I come from the New Forest, and trained with Whitbreads as a publican, which I did for 14 years and eventually brought me to Somerset in 1997. When the pub was sold, I started cooking and became a Qualified sous chef, working in a care home. Alongside the cooking, I cleaned at Delaware every evening for 17 years but decided to leave in 2019 to pursue something different. I rejoined the practice in January 2022 in the stock controller role, which I enjoy very much!
